I have spent the entire morning overhauling our postage rates. I have coded all our products according to the Royal mail category they fall into (large letter, small parcel, medium parcel) and scrapped the tracking service (too expensive).
This should mean that many customers will be paying less though irritatingly some items will fall into the more expensive "medium parcels" category.
